We are currently accepting submissions in the following categories:
Announcements about upcoming service activities or stories highlighting service activities that were already completed
Recognition programs or events:
Information about department or university recognition programs or events
Information about upcoming campus events or stories about events that were recently held on campus
Announcing engagements, weddings, births, adoptions, or retirements
Please note that due to the volume of submissions, the subject of the story must be a SLU faculty or staff member. For example, a submission of a staff member announcing his/her engagement to his/her significant other will be included, but a submission announcing the engagement of the son/daughter of a SLU staff member will not be published.
All submissions will be reviewed by the HR Learning & Development department. Wording may be modified to fit the tone of the newsletter.
SLULife is updated bi-monthly in February, April, June, August, October, and December. Submissions are
due by the first day of the month in which the newsletter is published.
For example, a submission to be included in the June 2017 edition is due by June 1.
